The Meaning Behind "VERAX"
Verax is a word from Latin origins that means "truthful" or "speaking the truth." For us, it is more than just a name; it is a foundational value that guides everything we do. In an industry that can be complex, our commitment to truthfulness means we provide our clients with clear, honest, and accurate information at all times. It is our promise to be forthright, so you can have complete confidence in our advice and know that we are always acting in your best interest. Our mission goes much deeper than just a successful real estate transaction. The methods we use to reach your real estate goals can be simplified and applied to any goal you have. We hope to inspire each person we encounter to chase their dreams with confidence knowing that anything is possible when you have a thorough plan and choose to take action. You only have one life, and your decisions determine what that life looks like. OUR STORY (the short version)
Alexandrea is the founder and heart behind VERAX Realty and VERAX Real Estate School. Driven by intuition and a desire for more, Alexandrea began her real estate career in 2018. Despite having no industry connections, she succeeded, but quickly realized that a license was just the first step—not a golden ticket to an easy career. She embraced this reality check as a challenge, drawing inspiration from the same mentor who helped her get licensed.
A series of serendipitous events led her to The Villages, where, through faith and hard work, she found herself surrounded by the right people at the right time. She transitioned to real estate full-time, building a successful career and meeting her husband along the way.
In 2021, she elevated her expertise by becoming a broker. The journey of motherhood presented a new challenge: balancing a thriving career with family life. This inspired her to innovate, leading to a temporary step back from intensive sales to focus on a new venture. In April 2024, she earned her instructor permit, and by November of that year, VERAX Real Estate School was born, offering online courses.
With her youngest child now entering school, Alexandrea felt the call to return to the market full time and in a new capacity. Having delayed her dream of becoming an independent broker long enough, she began laying the groundwork for her own brokerage. In September 2025, she officially opened VERAX Realty, building a new foundation for continued success on her own terms.
Alexandrea's tenacity and continued professional growth through every season of life showcases her dedication to real estate. That passion paired with cretivity, vision, and intentional action is the essence of VERAX.
